2026/27 Tryout Information
Tryout dates for the 2026/27 Season are now set and registration is open.
Here is the new age group chart:
- U-8: Born Aug 1, 2018 – Jul 31, 2019
- U-9: Born Aug 1, 2017 – Jul 31, 2018
- U-10: Born Aug 1, 2016 – Jul 31, 2017
- U-11: Born Aug 1, 2015 – Jul 31, 2016
- U-12: Born Aug 1, 2014 – Jul 31, 2015
- U-13: Born Aug 1, 2013 – Jul 31, 2014
- U-14: Born Aug 1, 2012 – Jul 31, 2013
- U-15: Born Aug 1, 2011 – Jul 31, 2012
- U-16: Born Aug 1, 2010 – Jul 31, 2011
Register
Players must be registered with both SAA and Springfield FC to participate in tryouts.
Please note that ONLY registering on SAA website does NOT mean you are automatically registered for travel soccer through Springfield FC.
Tryout Dates
Please make note of the dates for your age group. All tryouts will take place at Church Road Fields (back fields). Please come prepared wearing cleats and shin guards along with a soccer ball and water bottle.

New Members
If you are new to the club, you MUST have a photo uploaded in GotSport and proof of age/birth certificate provided. We encourage players to attend all tryouts. However, we realize that some players play other sports that may conflict with the dates. Please reach out to Coach Harry with any conflicts.
U8 Players
U8 children can sign up and will be placed on U9 teams if there are roster spots available.
Registration Fee
This year the registration tryout fee will be $25, which will be deducted off of your registration. The tryout payment MUST be paid prior to tryouts for your player to be able to tryout. Full Season payment will be expected after team placements. Once placed you will receive an additional registration link.
